Neil Curran is a highly analytical, results-oriented, team player with 12 years' military experience across a variety of roles including strategic planning, change management, and operations in Ireland and internationally. He has had involvement in implementing major transformational and organisational change projects to support strategic decision making and to deliver dramatic performance improvements utilising theoretical frameworks acquired during Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Emergency Management. Neil is on leave as a Captain in the Irish Defence Forces to undertake the AgInnovate Fellowship.
Jane O'Connor has worked across a broad range of positions in the information security industry for over 15 years, including work for companies such as Espion, Aon, Fintrax, IBM, pwc, Symantec and ESB. Most recently, she has been providing freelance information security services as the founder of Savvy Security. She also runs a sizeable dairy farm in Kiltullagh, with over 200 dairy animals. Jane received a Degree in Business Studies from UL, a Masters in Information Technology from NUI Galway, a Higher Certificate in Agriculture from Teagasc, a Diploma in the Psychology of Counselling from NUI Galway, and a Diploma in Speciality Food Production from UCC.
Kelsey Roberts is an analytical realist, with the drive and ambition to make a change in the world to improve lives. Adaptable to fast-paced and changing situations, she has experience working as an engineer in the United States and Ireland in a rotational programme at a Fortune 500 healthcare manufacturing company. Kelsey has been a successful manager of a large team, with a proven record of delivering results on projects as well as of developing employees. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with Honours, including a Minor in Leadership Studies, from Georgia Tech, and has experience in lean, engineering, CAD/3D design, QA, robotics and social impact work.
